Today, I will introduce the types and models of transformer conductor rods.
Conductor rods are used to connect the transformer coil leads to external high-voltage lines and are installed on top of the transformer. Generally, they consist of three sets of high-voltage conductor rods and four sets of low-voltage conductor rods. The outer parts are separately insulated with porcelain bushings, sealed with an oil-resistant bead and an oil-resistant gasket. Conductor rods can be divided into brass (copper number HPb 59-1) conductor rods and phosphor bronze (copper number Cu T2) conductor rods by material, and into high-voltage and low-voltage conductor rods by use. Generally, there are standard conductor rods for transformers below 110kV and various non-standard conductor rods, as well as matching copper nuts, copper washers, terminals, busbars, copper standard parts and non-standard parts. Features include good conductivity, low resistivity, and custom designs are also available.
High-voltage conductor rod models for brass and phosphor bronze: Φ12×115, Φ12×120, Φ12×125, Φ16×204, Φ20×204, 30*240, and various other specifications. Low-voltage conductor rod models for brass and phosphor bronze: Φ12×195, Φ16×220, Φ20×240, Φ24×270, Φ30×280, Φ33×285, Φ42×386, Φ48×386, Φ42×275, Φ48×275, Φ52×295, Φ56×295, and various other specifications. Low-voltage conductor rods generally increase the number of terminals to meet the requirements of conductivity and increased wiring area.
