Method for reading electrical control circuit diagram of building equipment


The electrical control diagram is drawn according to the principle of simple and clear, easy reading and analysis by the reader. The position of the components in the drawing is not drawn according to the actual position, and only the required electrical components and terminals are drawn.
 
The circuit diagram is divided into two parts: a main circuit and an auxiliary circuit. The main circuit is a part through which a strong current passes in the electrical control, and is composed of a power supply circuit, a protection circuit, and a contact element; the auxiliary circuit has a power supply circuit, a control circuit, and a protection circuit, and the contactor The coil, the relay coil, and the moving contact and the breaking contact element are combined. The main circuit is generally indicated by a thick solid line, and the auxiliary circuit is generally indicated by a thin solid line. As shown in Figure 5-17, the electrical control diagram of an electromechanical control system is drawn with a thick solid line, and the auxiliary circuit is drawn with a thin solid line, which is convenient for analyzing the circuit.
 
Each component and device of the circuit diagram is represented by a graphical symbol specified by the state, and a text symbol or item code is indicated next to the graphic symbol to indicate the level, position and type of the electrical component.
 
The electrical control circuit can implement various control functions such as forward and reverse, sequential control, time control, and the like. The control circuit is a different combination of several electrical components, which constitutes several basic links. If you are familiar with the structure and principle of the basic link, any complicated circuit diagram will be solved.
